holiday fashion with zappos

In partnership with Zappos, I styled my new Paige jeans and Freebird boots in a way that is suitable for “winter” in Houston. November has come and gone and now it’s time for all of the holiday parties! It’s impossible to attend everything, but it’s important to look your best. My friends and co-workers see me almost daily, in a certain way [see: tired and stressed], and I like surprising them during our “extra-curricular” events. Strategically torn jeans, taller shoes, red lipstick – just a few exciting details to my regular wardrobe.
I ordered the boots and jeans via Zappos late one night because internet shopping, especially during the holidays, is my main jam. I’m not big into mall crowds…more of a Cyber Monday than a Black Friday kinda girl. Zappos has a variety of clothing, accessories, hats, and so much more than shoes! But also shoes. Which I love. 🙂

I know it’s silly, but I like to incorporate holiday colors into my apparel, which is why these Freebird boots are perfect for the occasion! Especially in these beauties. Freebird carefully selects their materials, and the boots are finished with extreme attention to detail. They’re so darn pretty! And unique! Their original designs were inspired by vintage Americana and created using “time-honored craftsmanship.” Fancy right? Tie it all together with a matching top and a festive coat and scarf and you are ready for a holiday party [or two!].

And the jeans! I’ve been a fan of Paige denim for a few years now. The brand focuses on designing pieces you want to live in – “from morning to moonlight.” And they truly are. These are actually my third pair. 😉
