Happy Friday! This day couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m excited for the weekend and for a bit of relaxing [after tomorrow’s 5K!]. My 2014 workouts/practice have taken their toll – I am worn out. How long does it take to get back into the groove? Or am I just old? [don’t answer that!]
