Cooking with Feisty – Greek Orzo Salad

My mom introduced me to orzo last month, and I decided to make a delightful “salad.”

 

Ingredients!
Orzo [8oz]
Olive Oil [1/4 cup]
Cherry/Grape tomatoes – halved [1 pint]
Cucumber – chopped
Feta
Oregano
Pepper
Salt

This is all you have to do. Ready?
Pour the orzo into boiling water until soft, drain, rinse in cold water. Toss in olive oil & add everything else.
YUMMMMMM.
Seriously, this is the easiest and freshest tasting side, or meal, or snack, or face mask. Okay, maybe not the last one. Definitely great for summer, though. 🙂

  1. Yum, I love orzo! I usually make it with lots of garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and feta!
    And I can I say I just adore your Cooking with Feisty photo. Makes me smile every time, its so cute!
