school is out for a while! 🙂
so my shoulder will be a lot less stressed for a couple weeks.
my shoulder?
yes. check out my crazy bag lady workbag:
1. Mockingjay – the 3rd book of the Hunger Games series 🙂
2. my fabulous TI-84 – never leave home without it!
3. i had no idea i had this many pens/markers in my bag…
4. there are two #4s because i have 3 notesbooks and an agenda….haha
5. a car charger for my phone..minus the cord…because osa was a very bad puppy last year!
6. i wear glasses sometimes 🙂
7. awesome pencase full of felt tip pens!
8. lip gloss, lip balm, carmex, and an antibacterial
9. nivea cream for my hands
10. giant bottle of water
11. my super sweet bear hat!
12. work keys with derby keychain 🙂
13. you never know when you’ll need to reapply your deodorant [especially when you do derby!]
14. two paycheck stubs
additionally, i have 4 pouches in my bag. hahaha
15. pain pills! the kind for headaches 🙂
15. my friend aida made me this super cute pouch! i keep my biz cards and buttons inside
[oops two #15s!]
16. this is my spare makeup bag [sometimes i run out of the house w/o any on and freak out!]
 blush, eye liner, concealer, mascara, eyeshadow
17. this is my actual money purse 🙂
18. another bag full of felt tip pens!
are you convinced that i am a crazy bag lady yet???

*edit* let the record show that when i am running errands, etc i only carry #17 with me! and in it is a camera, cash, and my phone.

  2. Mockingjay – I read that 🙂 Loved it but wasn't as good as the first two.

    I have just as much random stuff in my hand bag – especially at the moment – there's a box of throat lozenges, a packet of cold relief and some cream and thats just because I'm ill at the moment

  3. Wooow! Is it really necessary to have so many thing in your bag?? I'm completely alergic to big-full bags… My shoulder me lo agradece, hehehe.

  4. Holy crap, girl, you're going to tear a muscle in your shoulder or something!

    I actually just downgraded to very tiny across-the-chest purses. I'm SO HAPPY with the weight lifted off my shoulders. Quite literally.

    And the Hunger Games series? Is amazing.

  6. Looks pretty similar to my bag….except the insane amount of pens/markers/pencils. Lol. And you beat me by one on the number of pouches you carry but not for long…I'm looking for a new one to carry a collection of crafty things to show off when asked.

  7. I'm reading Catching Fire again because I just bought Mockingjay. Isn't it just the most amazing series?

    han– everyone told me mockingjay isn't as good as hunger games..and it's not – BUT i think it's way better than catching fire!

    aida– of course it isn't necessary 🙂 pero nadamas lo uso para el trabajo – i carry it twice a day…to and from my car 🙂

    leyla– the markers are from last year when i graded papers all the time 🙂 i guess they were in there so deep i forgot to remove them! haha

    carla– yes! it is amazing 🙂 i've been getting teary reading mockingjay…and i keep peeking ahead b/c i need to know things…i need to! 😉

  15. I interned at Lionsgate this year and they're already starting to make Hunger Games. I left before they did casting though so that's all the dish I have for you. BUT I can say that the people making it are the bomb and are really excited about it. I think it's gonna be really good. It's in great hands. 🙂

  16. Also, the bag I've been carrying is killing me because I keep two folders of documents in it, two notebooks, glasses, lip chap, two pairs of sunglasses a brush, ten thousand pens and a book in there. MUST clean out.
