and then one of my previous year’s students gave me this:
a “grr” brooch!
i showed her my headband and we were in shock that we made the same thing that weekend! ๐
to rewind a bit, i have a little sewing club at work…a couple of my old students were interested in making little pins and headbands…so we meet once a week to sew and talk ๐
they are so cute!

I love it when young girls get so excited about trying new things and expressing creativity. Some just need the right outlet!

I loooove this idea. I am so inspired that I think I will try to start a sewing/knitting/crafting club at my school too. This is awesome.
